Welcome to Sun Country Cottage!
This newly built cottage is perfectly located in the up-and-coming Stucki Farms community in Washington Fields. This cute cottage is a one-of-a-kind getaway that is fully appointed and in a community with world-class amenities. Sun Country Cottage was built in August 2022 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms. Some of the many highlights include open concept kitchen, solid surface counter tops, tile (not vinyl “EVP”), 3 tone paint, custom casing & trim work, upgraded lighting fixtures, custom night lights in high traffic areas for those midnight trips to the bathroom (kiddos love this so they can see at night), stainless appliances, custom tile accents, master bedroom on the main floor, bunk room with barn door and much, much more.

SLEEPING CONFIGURATION:
1 King Bed with ensuite bathroom and wall mounted Samsung smart tv (Master located on the main floor)
1 Queen Bed located upstairs with large closet and wall mounted Samsung smart tv
2 Twin Beds located in the upstairs bunk room with Xbox and wall mounted Samsung smart tv. (There is a trundle twin bed under the bunk that can be used as a bed if needed)
1 Queen Bed pull out in the living room sofa sleeper.
The Sun Country Cottage sleeps 6-7 in beds and 2 more in the sofa sleeper. Maximum of 10 guests.
KITCHEN INCLUSIONS:
This home has been professionally designed and decorated. It has been fully stocked with all the comforts of home. From making a simple cup of tea to Thanksgiving dinner, we have the appliances you’ll need. The cottage features stainless steel appliances, state of the art fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, in cottage front load washer and dryer, crock pot, drip coffee AND k-cup coffee maker, Instant Pot, blender, air fryer, pizza stone, roasting pan and breakfast gridle. Maybe we should mention the more standard items like mixing bowls, BBQ equipment, Pyrex Tupperware, cookie sheets, hand mixer, 4 slice toaster, teapot, utensils, Henckel knife set (with enough steak knives for all guests), pack and play and highchair for kiddos, iron & ironing board, hairdryers, etc.
COTTAGE FEATURES:
When you walk into the cottage you will see a large sectional couch to your left with custom ottomans for extra seating. Directly in front of the couch is a large, Samsung smart TV with a credenza underneath. Here you will find extra blankets, WiFi information and so many games (Monopoly, UNO, Rummikub, cards, scrabble, chess, dice, southern Utah puzzle, etc) To the right, you will see the open concept kitchen with a large center island with 3 custom stools. There is a really unique breakfast nook that is surrounded by windows. We love windows so we made sure there are plenty of them. Southern Utah is so beautiful you should be able to see it from wherever you are in the cottage. Next to the kitchen is a door leading to the enclosed patio where you’ll find a nicely landscapedseating area to relax one the patio furniture while you grill on a top-of-the-line BBQ-er. From the short hallway there is a powder bath with custom accent tile. Across from the powder bath is the front load stackable washer and dryer. They are so easy to use. At the end of the hallway you’ll enter the master bedroom. This bedroom has a king bed, wall mounted Samsung tv, large chest of drawers and custom floating shelves which we think are really unique. The master bathroom has one sink, a walk-in shower with euro style glass and
lastly a large walk in closet. There you will find the kids pack N play, highchair and iron/ironing board.
Upstairs to the right there is a decent size room with a queen bed, large closet and really cool wall sconces for nighttime reading. Or, watching your favorite show on the wall mounted smart tv. Down the hall is a bunk room with 2 twin beds (there is a trundle pull out bed for an additional person if wanted) an Xbox and wall mounted smart tv. We could have put more beds in this room, but we wanted to allow those who wanted to play video games more space. Lastly, there is a full bathroom at the end of the hall with a single sink, tub/shower combo with custom tile surround and a euro style enclosure. No more water-stained shower curtains. One of the best features of this bathroom is the additional space next to the sink. Needless to say there is plenty of room for everyone’s toiletries.

Located in beautiful Washington City, Stucki Farms is just under 600 acres. Each of our Villages are different and designed to offer something for everyone. The 7-acre Amenity Area features our Farmhouse Welcome Center, Resort Lap Pool, Lazy River, Splash Pad, 18 Hole Miniature Golf Course with more to come. Looking for adventure? Stucki Farms is only 45 minutes south of Zion National Park, 10 minutes to downtown St. George, and minutes away from St. George Airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, and Warner Valley (known for its awesome ATV trails and sand dunes). There are so many popular hiking trails, rock climbing, mountain biking and ride your ATV right from the cottage up Warner Valley.
Additional Information:
The Resort Lap/Sports Pool is heated to 80 degrees and open year round.
The Hot Pool is open year round.
The Lazy River is not heated and opens early April, weather permitting.
The 18 Hole Mini Golf Course is open year round. With the rental of this charming home you
get a discount. ($3 per person for 18 holes)
WiFi is a must and this property has plenty of it complimentary.

Cancellation Policy
Unlike hotel rooms, vacation rentals are unique and require non-refundable payments. You may cancel bookings at any time, keeping in mind that after 72 hours all monies paid to date are non-refundable. As a result, we highly encourage the purchase of travel insurance to help protect against any unforeseen issues that may arise prior to or during your trip.
Deposit Policy
The Security Deposit shall be refunded within 15 days of your departure date provided no deductions are made due to A) damage to property or furnishings, B) dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning, or C) any other costs incurred by your Host as a result of your stay. Any damage to the Vacation Rental must be reported to Desert Sky before check-out. Damage not covered by, or exceeding the coverage limit of, the accidental rental damage insurance or Security Deposit, is your full responsibility. You grant Desert Sky the right to charge the credit card number used to book the Vacation Rental for any such damages, including, but not limited to, additional cleaning fees. To ensure that the proper party is held responsible, please notify Desert Sky of any damages found at check-in.

Great house! Can’t say that we had any complaints and didn’t feel like it was too far from main St. George. Unfortunately it was pretty cold while we were there and didn’t get to try the pool etc but we did get a chance to try out the putting course it was really fun and challenging.

Really lovely new home…well kept and full stocked with anything you’d need for a family trip. We loved the layout and the upstairs bunk/XBox room. Having games there was also great and the owners took great pride in their home and in making us feel welcome. We didn’t try the golf course, but it looked great and the main town of St. George is only 10 mins or so away. Groceries, Starbucks, the gym, and restaurants also a short drive. Of note is that the home is VERY close to the airport, so literally it was like 8 mins away and made it super easy to not feel rushed on the way out of town. Would definitely be back in the future! 5 STARS!

Our stay at the sun country cottage was nothing short of perfect! The home was very clean. We had everything we needed! Even a high chair and pack n play for our son to sleep in! The home also supplied games and an Xbox for fun family game nights! The clubhouse area was beautiful and pool was even warm enough to use in January! Area was quiet and peaceful! Not too far from all the amenities that St. George has to offer! We love our stay and will definitely be back again!

Our stay at this house was amazing. Located in a brand new community in the heart of Washington - located just a few minutes away from St. George. The house is so cute and comfortable. We loved the breakfast nook where we could all gather and visit. Upscale appliances and all the cooking essentials you would ever need. The decor is inviting and very aesthetically pleasing. There is a cute bunk bed room upstairs that was a giant thumbs up for our kids. Darling fenced in patio where you can sit and enjoy the amazing St. George weather. I would highly recommend staying in this darling casita.

This is a great place to stay! It’s a quiet community with a pool and lazy river that is never too crowded. The house has all of the dishes and cookware that you need to cook a great meal and relax! Everything was clean and well organized, a lot of thought was put into this place! The board game selection was fun to see available! Sun Country Cottage is a cute place located in a great, up and coming community. The amenities (lap pool, mini golf, hot tub, etc) were on target. The house is newly built and had everything we needed. The property had some "touches" that you don't typically find in most nightly rentals. Especially the built in night lights for the kiddos going to the bathroom.
It is quiet in this part of Washington, but shopping is no more than 15 minutes away. Close to "razor" riding, Sand Hollow is close and Zions is maybe 30 minutes.
Communication with the management company is quick and easy and the check in process was smooth.
