This Modern Ranch House is perfect for a Southern Utah getaway!
The home features three bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. Main level has the king master suite, and the 2nd level has one bedroom with a queen size bed and the other with two sets of twin bunk beds. All in all, the little slice of heaven can sleep up to 10 people, including a sofa sleeper in the main living area. All rooms have flat screen Smart Tv’s and brand-new bedding.
It also boasts an open kitchen concept with a common area that is perfect for creating many memories! Beautifully designed, the family room has a wraparound couch, area rug, flat screen Smart TV and two additional chairs for seating. The dining area has a round dining table, seating six and the kitchen island will allow 3 more for seating. The fully equipped kitchen will make it easy to prep food for your dining experience. Some of the best memories are created by eatingtogether as family and friends.
Head outdoors to the covered patio with two sets of seating, a gas grill and the best part, your very own private hot tub! Your group will definitely enjoy this space.

Located in beautiful Washington City, Stucki Farms is just under 600 acres. Each of our Villages are different and designed to offer something for everyone. Stucki Farms is only 45 minutes South of Zion National Park, 10 minutes to downtown St. George, and minutes away from St. George Airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, and Warner Valley (known for it's awesome ATV trails & sand dunes). It is also close to many other popular hiking destinations.
Additional Information:
The Resort Lap/Sports Pool is heated to 80 degrees and open year round.
The Hot Pool is open year round.
The Lazy River is not heated and opens early April, weather permitting.
The 18 Hole Mini Golf Course is open year round. With the rental of this charming home you get a discount.
WiFi is a must and this property has plenty.
Early check in and extended check out is an option based on availability ( fees may be included) Please talk with the onsite property manager to take advantage of this benefit.
The day before your arrival date you will get an email from Desert Sky with the entrance door code. This code is specific to you for your safety and security.

Cancellation Policy
Unlike hotel rooms, vacation rentals are unique and require non-refundable payments. You may cancel bookings at any time, keeping in mind that after 72 hours all monies paid to date are non-refundable. As a result, we highly encourage the purchase of travel insurance to help protect against any unforeseen issues that may arise prior to or during your trip.
Deposit Policy
The Security Deposit constitutes of placing a hold on the reservation credit card for 7 days upon arrival. It is not actually charged unless the following occur. A) damage to property or furnishings, B) dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning, or C) any other costs incurred by your Host as a result of your stay. Any damage to the Vacation Rental must be reported to Desert Sky before check-out. Damage not covered by, or exceeding the coverage limit of, the accidental rental damage insurance or Security Deposit, is your full responsibility. You grant Desert Sky the right to charge the credit card number used to book the Vacation Rental for any such damages, including, but not limited to, additional cleaning fees. To ensure that the proper party is held responsible, please notify Desert Sky of any damages found at check-in.

We enjoyed staying here with our family of 5. So nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. The neighborhood was quiet and we really enjoyed the mini-golf (half price) at the clubhouse. Clean and new. The private hot tub was great too. Great place!

This home is located in quiet neighborhood with great pool and miniature golf.
This was the perfect base camp for Zion! The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. The living space was super open and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The beds were super comfortable and the grill and hot tub worked perfectly. We loved the pools and they were conveniently located. My wife said she loved it so much that she wanted to live there!

Everything about the house was perfect. Very clean, great layout and it had everything we needed. The kids loved the hot tub at the house, as well as the pools and massive hot tub at the recreation center. They also couldn’t get enough of the mini putt golf course next to the pools. All of this combined made for a fantastic weekend! We will be coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need. Resort has fun amenities, although we weren't able to fully enjoy pool b/c no lifeguard was on duty on a Saturday afternoon so they wouldn't turn on water features (slides, lazy River). My only suggestion would be to upgrade the sheets. They were very scratchy. We’ll be back for sure.

Everything was clean and exactly as shown. The kitchen was well stocked and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only hang up was the code to get in the door upon check-in didn’t work, but luckily it was during office hours and we were able to get help right away!

Stayed hered because this home is close to Sand Hollow resort and they made parking space for our boat. 7 of us stayed comfortably...the house was very quiet and comfortable. The private hot tub made for great family fun. Would deffinately stay here again
We so enjoyed our stay at Stucki Farms. The amenities are amazing and the workers on staff were so kind and accommodating. The pool area was so fun, it kept my 3 kids entertained all day and all night. My five year old was happy to find a fun mini golf course behind the pool. We happened to stay on a weekend where the clubhouse was hosting a Bridal Expo so we had food trucks to choose from out on the lawn. The location is close to the airport and not far from town either. We loved everything about our stay here! One piece of advice in case you also have some confusion on a double booking- there are two units at this address. There is a separate entrance to a unit above the garage. It no problem because it feels plenty separate, we just had some major confusion when two families were trying to check in around the same time.
This place was fantastic! Everything from kitchen layout/supplies to beds being extremely comfortable, garage space, hot tub setup and tucked away from the busy downtown. Our family can’t wait to go back!

We really enjoyed staying at this brand new home! It was clean and very well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms. The farmhouse has a wonderful pool and hot tub and a really fun miniature golf course. There is also a private hot tub at the home that we enjoyed. The location is ideal! It is 15 min or less to wherever you want to go. We will definitely be back!
