Come enjoy our Cozy Desert Cottage. Perfect for a family or couple of friends. Plenty of room in this Cozy little place.
The décor has a modern farmhouse feel with the warm look of handcrafted cabinets, beautiful furniture and fabulous décor added to each room for a more tailored space. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom a queen size bed. Both with new bedding, fluffy pillows, and flat screen smart TV’s, perfect for a restful night.
Enjoy this open space floor plan, it’s been beautifully designed. A fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for six and a farmhouse dining table. Plenty of space for a nice evening with your family and friends. Comfortable living space with a fireplace and flat screen smart TV, free wi-fi. Also need to note, the queen-sized sofa sleeper in the main room and an outdoor covered patio with two seating areas and a gas grill. Beautiful space at night!

Located in beautiful Washington City, Stucki Farms is just under 600 acres. Each of our Villages are different and designed to offer something for everyone. Stucki Farms is only 45 minutes South of Zion National Park, 10 minutes to downtown St. George, and minutes away from St. George Airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, and Warner Valley (known for it's awesome ATV trails & sand dunes). It is also close to many other popular hiking destinations.
Additional Information:
The Resort Lap/Sports Pool is heated to 80 degrees and open year round.
The Hot Pool is open year round.
The Lazy River is generally open from Early April to the end of November, weather permitting.
The 18 Hole Mini Golf Course is open year round. With the rental of this charming home you get a discount.
WiFi is a must and this property has plenty.
Early check in and extended check out is an option based on availability ( fees may be included) Please talk with the onsite property manager to take advantage of this benefit.
The day before your arrival date you will get an email from Desert Sky with the entrance door code. This code is specific to you for your safety and security.

Cancellation Policy
Unlike hotel rooms, vacation rentals are unique and require non-refundable payments. You may cancel bookings at any time, keeping in mind that after 72 hours all monies paid to date are non-refundable. As a result, we highly encourage the purchase of travel insurance to help protect against any unforeseen issues that may arise prior to or during your trip.
Deposit Policy
The Security Deposit constitutes of placing a hold on the reservation credit card for 7 days upon arrival. It is not actually charged unless the following occur. A) damage to property or furnishings, B) dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning, or C) any other costs incurred by your Host as a result of your stay. Any damage to the Vacation Rental must be reported to Desert Sky before check-out. Damage not covered by, or exceeding the coverage limit of, the accidental rental damage insurance or Security Deposit, is your full responsibility. You grant Desert Sky the right to charge the credit card number used to book the Vacation Rental for any such damages, including, but not limited to, additional cleaning fees. To ensure that the proper party is held responsible, please notify Desert Sky of any damages found at check-in.

Amazing location
Very comfortable home
The cozy desert cottage was beautiful and very well stocked. The lazy river and pools made our day after some long, hot, summer hikes. We would love to come back again sometime.

There was a hiccup in checking in. We arrived at night and the door code didn’t work. I was worried because I couldn’t get a hold of the owner and I had been traveling for 10 hours with my 8 year old daughter. Airbnb wasn’t the most helpful. I found an employee on the facility who gave me a phone number to reach someone and that someone happened to be the owner of the property. After calling and texting he reached out. He worked it all out and was very apologetic for the misunderstanding. I’m not sure if the mixup occurred because I just booked the Airbnb that morning but either way the owner cleared everything up within an hour.
The house itself was wonderful. Relaxing vibe from the moment we walked in. Clean and beautiful from top to bottom. The pool and lazy river were a nice touch and one of the main reasons I chose this home for our stay. Unfortunately, on the day we went to the pool to enjoy the lazy river it was out of commission. I highly recommend for families.

This rental is located in an ideal location! The resort amenities are very close by, the resort staff at the pool are very friendly and helpful, & the home is close to many restaurants and shops! The pools and mini golf are super fun! This home is absolutely lovely, and the owners do an amazing job communicating clear instructions for check in and check out. They also provide thoughtful amenities such as toiletries including soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. which is very beneficial if you are flying in from out of town! The home is extremely clean and has very comfortable furnishings! This is a very memorable home for all the best reasons!
We enjoyed our stay. The house and pool were nice. Very good amenities in the kitchen! Down sides were only that the sheets were very scratchy, but not a huge deal.

we had a great visit for our spring break. everything was very clean and well kept. mini-golf was great but unfortunately the lazy river was closed. that was one of the main selling points about this place so it was a big disappointment. otherwise no complaints

Our accommodations were very clean, like new and wonderfully decorated. We didn't use the pool or the mini golf during our short stay but the location is a close drive to town where we found lots of restaurants and shopping.

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Desert Sky Stucki Farms property. We enjoyed the pool area, including playing pool basketball, going down the slide, going in the large hot tub, and playing mini golf. We also really enjoyed the national parks in the area, including Zion and Bryce Canyon. We even booked a visit to see Antelope Canyon, which was also very beautiful! We were looking for some great sights to explore following our son's basketball tournament in Las Vegas, and this was a very clean, modern, and relaxing place to stay and enjoy as our home base. It was very nice being able to return to this house and pool area after some long days of hiking and exploring! We hope to be back some day!
the 1224 suite at desert sky was, for the most part, everything we expected and more!
PROS:
- clean & modern
- many amenities (the AC unit, kitchen w different cooking materials, BBQ grill & patio, TVs, wifi)
- located at a perfect drivable distance to many tourist attractions (like sand hallow park & ATV “rad rentals”)
- close to food (sit down & takeout) & supermarkets
- free admission to the pool, hot tub, & lazy river
- sliding barn door to separate the living room from the bedrooms (convenient as we were all 20-somethings staying)
- washer/dryer w materials provided
- spacious
CONS:
- no personal hot tub/fireplace (we expected at least one due to reviews)
- some lights did not work
- mini golf was smaller than appeared & was an extra charge
- located on the resort entrance road
- small list of cleaning instructions before leaving
overall this airbnb was the perfect week-getaway for a few 20-something’s looking to relax & explore. def allowed us to make some great memories!

My husband and I stayed here with our 12 and 13 year old kids. The space was very new and clean. The pool area was such a great spot especially after a day of hiking and exploring what is close by. We were able to see Zion, Grand Canyon, and this awesome state park which was only a few minutes from this AirBnb. I would definitely recommend this place!
We loved our stay at the Cozy Desert Cottage with our family of four, including two toddlers. We had everything we needed and the home was beautiful. The kids loved the pool and mini golf, and it was a great location to visit Sand Hollow Reservoir and Zion National Park.
Great place to take a family for a few days, we really enjoyed our time here.

We had a great stay at this house. It was spotless, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a great base for exploring the area. My kids really enjoyed the pool area and lazy river and hot tub especially. It was a perfect stay - we hope to be back!

We stayed here for little get away weekend. The home was so clean, inviting and quite. It was easy to get to, and parking was so nice. Close to all the activites were doing. Check in was super easy. Beautiful views as well. We will definatley stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay! We were there for a soccer tournament and it was very comfortable in between games and at night for our two girls to get rested up! The beds were great. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed! Our favorite part was the amenities! The hot tub and pool were fantastic! We have already shared the listing with our soccer family for next time!

New cute cottage was a perfect stay for us. The neighborhood is still being developed so it made it difficult to find places to eat. Everything is a ten minutes drive away. Very clean and new and we loved staying there.

The home was brand new with high end furnishings and very clean. It had all of the enmities to make our trip great! Loved the walking proximity to the pool and miniature golfing. It is on a corner lot with large windows and lots of natural light. Very spacious! Will definitely rent again!
