We had a great stay at this property. The home was very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and easy to find. We would definitely recommend this home to solo travelers or a couple traveling to the area.

This place was wonderful! It was very clean and we felt right at home. It was perfect for the two of us. The entrance to the casita is right next to the southwest garage door. It is hard to see it from the street.

This was a great place. We loved our stay here. The only thing that would be nice is if it had some sort of black out curtain in the bedroom because the outside lights make the room really bright at night.

Great place. Roughly 25 min from Tuachan, which was an easy drive for us after the show. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend… a little off the beaten path, which was a welcome surprise, yet still within a 10-15 minute drive to the heart of St George. Enjoyed the property and all it’s amenities with the multiple pools, the lazy river, and miniature golf.

The home is well decorated and was very clean. No real complaints. Pretty much perfect. Well-stocked kitchen. Great location and quiet neighborhood.

Was a nice home in a nice area of town. Had everything we needed and more. The only issue we had was one of the rooms exterior door seal was inadequate. It was very windy and cold outside and you couldn’t feel cold air coming in and a bunch of sand was blowing in through the door getting everywhere. Other than that all was great

The house was just as listed, maybe even better. Enough space that everyone was comfortable. The parking for our trailers and toys was perfect and so close to the trails. Kirk was easy to get a hold of for any questions and great to work with.

This Place is Awesome!!! Super clean, spacious and fun!! Plenty of room for everyone to hang out and enjoy each other and TV's are everywhere. I loved the garage to leave our bikes in without worrying about them while we were gone.

The pool is heated and the hot tube is super relaxing after a long day riding.

We picked this place because it was so close to Warner Valley, this make so we didn't have to trailer our bikes, we just rode straight to the trail head, super convenient! That being said, it is about 10 min away from the St George the restaurants, movie theaters etc. We knew this and planned accordingly

Beautiful, private, sparkling new and clean! There are stairs but they were talking problem for us at all.

Loved the home and the area. Plenty of room for everyone! We loved being so close to off road areas. Made it so nice to drive right from the house! Kirk was awesome! I needed a couple of things and he was so quick to respond! Will stay here again!

Just me and my daughter stayed for a soccer tournament. It was PERFECT! Out of the chaos of town, full kitchen so we could make our meals to avoid the crowds and the pool and mini golf were sooo fun!

The unit is updated and clean and cozy!

Only other thing I could have asked for was an extra blanket and hair dryer (only because I forgot mine).

Loved it and would love to come and stay again when the lazy River is open!

This place is perfect for the couples get away and a small family. The Farmhouse pool is great. The location is perfect! Loved it!

We had a great stay. The casita was a drive to get to but it was fun to sit by the pool and watch the airplanes take off and land. It was located close to the St. George Airport. Bed was comfy. Smart TV's made it so we could access our movie subscription services. We would recommend this place for anyone looking for a getaway to warmer weather and sunshine.

Excellent stay, accommodating host, and wonderful time. Stuki Farms was a dreamy place to stay, especially at night when the pool lights up with bright blue water. We stayed over the 4th of July and watched fireworks as our kids swam in the pool. It was pretty awesome.

Staying at the Casita, you get so much more than what you see. Comfy, clean, stylish, and well stocked. This was the perfect resting place for our quick trip to Sand Hollow.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The unit is new and nicely decorated. Kitchen has everything you’d need to make a meal (it would have been nice to have wine glasses and plastic drinkware to take to the pool). We liked that there was a washer and dryer (detergent, softener was available). Pool was large and there was lots of seating, although it was hard to find shade because many of the umbrellas were broken. We also enjoyed the mini golf course. I would say the only down side was the location. It’s super quiet but it is a 15-20 min drive from stores and restaurants in town. It did take us only 45 min to get to Zion.

This is such an beautiful and comfortable space. It was very charming with nice touches. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the location was dreamy and very quiet. I would stay here again!

This property is easy to find, has a very comfortable bed and it’s fairly clean. I liked the garage to park in. However, the television did not work.
The grounds were closed, amenities were unavailable, making it very disappointing.

Nice new place, great amenities

We loved this place. It's definitely well maintained, stylish and CLEAN. The space was perfect for our little family. We stayed here with our two little ones age 5 and 2 (with prior approval) and brought a blow up mattress for them that we placed in the room with us. During the long days of hiking and exploring the National Parks, it was awesome to come home to such a clean and relaxing place. There were two TVs (one in the bedroom and living room) equipped with cable and apps like Netflix and Hulu which was awesome. Once we got our little ones to sleep, my Fiance and I were able to have some quality time in the living room and start binge watching our own shows (which is so rare for us these days!). We were also able to stock up on breakfast essentials like eggs and bacon at the Albertsons just a few miles away. There were a bunch of shopping centers close by, although we weren't able to really explore the area since we were at the Park most of the time. I loved all the cooking utensils that were available for us to use also. There were some spices that were available for us to use, however the one thing that was missing was cooking oil. There was definitely a lot of thought that was placed in the style and decor of the home, which was very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for our needs! Outstanding style and perfect size space for a couple. We were able to visit Zion & the Grand Canyon then rest & recoup at the pool, hot tub & lazy river in between. The lifeguards started to remember us and went the extra mile. This property may change in the future with the new construction, but the area and amenities were quiet and we felt we had an oasis to ourselves. The view from the living room and the pool is heavenly, especially at sunset. We arrived right at check-in time so the new code didn't work yet, but they came to fix in just a moments time.

Great place and location if you’re looking to to Sand Hollow or Zion.

This place rocks. Such a nice location. Was an incredible value especially compared to everything else in The Valley. We loved the style, full kitchen, access to the garages, fast internet, mini golf, and to the amazing off road trail systems in Warner valley. Not to mention how quick it is to get to Sand Hollow or Quail lake. Not too far from National and state parks as well. This place has a ton to offer. Can’t wait for their pools to open. When that happens this place will be in high demand all year round I’m sure. Highly recommend this place. We’ll be looking for it’s availability next time we visit.

Great place isolated from the town with no neighbors and quit location. The place was well maintained, plenty of coffee, towels and soaps.

The place is brand new (2020)and the perfect size for two people, max. It’s just a little bit out of town, about 10-13 min from the nearest grocery store, but that wasn’t a huge issue. Hosts were very accommodating in letting us drop our perishable foods off before check-in while we went to spend the day at Sand Hollow (5-8 min drive, super nice). It was also nice having access to a garage, that way our car wasn’t burning hot when we’d get into it. I’d definitely stay here again, would even get the larger house connected to this place if I had a bigger group. Thanks Derek!

This place was very high quality from the kitchen, to the bed, to the bathroom. You get what you pay for! Very new, developing neighborhood. There were nice touches- I’d recommend them

Great place to stay. It's like 10-15 minutes away from most things, but the place looks really nice! You don't hear the main house. Your Casita is completely separate. Host is great. Would definitely recommend!

An amazing place! I anticipated it to just be like the pictures but it’s so much more! It’s a little drive from the city but isn’t to terrible and it’s totally worth it. I would recommend this place to anyone and will look to stay here again in the future!

This is a very nice, clean, and modern space. The furnishings and accoutrements are very nice. It's a bit out of the way, but super-accessible to the airport and not far from grocery stores, and also easy to access the highways toward Zion without having to go through town.
