This brand-new cottage has a modern farmhouse feel, decorated, and designed to make you feel right at home. This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath can hold up to 10 people. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a king size bed with a private bathroom. The second level has two bedrooms, and a shared bath. One room with a queen bed and the second has one set of bunk beds and a trundle bed. Such a fun space, especially for kids! Each room has brand new bedding and a flat screen TV with streaming options.
The open floor plan creates a comfortable living space, you’ll love the wrap-around couch and the flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has nice sized island that can seat four. You will also love the charming breakfast nook off to the side. The outdoor covered patio has two seating areas, a hot tub and a gas grill, perfect to enjoy the beautiful weather St George has to offer.

Located in beautiful Washington City, Stucki Farms is just under 600 acres. Each of our Villages are different and designed to offer something for everyone. From a quaint Cottage to a spacious 8 Bedroom Villa, you can find your vacation destination at Stucki Farms! The 7-acre Amenity Area features our Farmhouse Welcome Center, Resort Lap Pool, Lazy River, Splash Pad, 18 Hole Miniature Golf Course with more to come.
Stucki Farms is only 45 minutes South of Zion National Park, 10 minutes to downtown St. George, and minutes away from St. George Airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, and Warner Valley (known for it's awesome ATV trails & sand dunes). It is also close to many other popular hiking destinations.
Additional Information:
The Resort Lap/Sports Pool is heated to 80 degrees and open year round.
The Hot Pool is open year round.
The Lazy River is not heated and opens early April, weather permitting.
The 18 Hole Mini Golf Course is open year round. With the rental of this charming home you get a discount. ($3 per person for 18 holes)
WiFi is a must and this property has plenty.
Early check in and extended check out is an option based on availability ( fees may be included) Please talk with the onsite property manager to take advantage of this benefit.
The day before your arrival date you will get an email from Desert Sky with the entrance door code. This code is specific to you for your safety and security.

Cancellation Policy
Unlike hotel rooms, vacation rentals are unique and require non-refundable payments. You may cancel bookings at any time, keeping in mind that after 72 hours all monies paid to date are non-refundable. As a result, we highly encourage the purchase of travel insurance to help protect against any unforeseen issues that may arise prior to or during your trip.
Deposit Policy
The Security Deposit shall be refunded within 15 days of your departure date provided no deductions are made due to A) damage to property or furnishings, B) dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning, or C) any other costs incurred by your Host as a result of your stay. Any damage to the Vacation Rental must be reported to Desert Sky before check-out. Damage not covered by, or exceeding the coverage limit of, the accidental rental damage insurance or Security Deposit, is your full responsibility. You grant Desert Sky the right to charge the credit card number used to book the Vacation Rental for any such damages, including, but not limited to, additional cleaning fees. To ensure that the proper party is held responsible, please notify Desert Sky of any damages found at check-in.

Great and thoughtful amenities and set up for our family. Place looks like the pictures. Very clean and modern layout/decor. Responsive host. Loved having a hot tub, fenced in yard, the community swimming pool, mini golf, and a parking garage spot. Great value for the price. Especially if your kids are older than toddler age, I highly recommend this Airbnb.
The location is the only thing others should consider in terms of what works for them. It’s a development/resort without much around it. Most sites and stores are a 15 minutes or more drive. I think if you are driving into St George or another site for the whole day this is no big deal but because we have small children who napped midday, we found we spent a lot of our trip in the car. But the value overall of the place is great, so the location is certainly a factor in that.

Super clean and nice private hot tub! We loved our stay at Deseret Sky. Everything was as listed. The beds were comfortable and everything was well stocked. Plenty of garbage bags, toilet paper and laundry soap. We loved the amenities at the clubhouse. Unfortunately, weather did not cooperate for us so we didn’t get to use the community pools or mini golf. We did get to use the large community hot tub, but we used the private hot tub more because it was so convenient! The only thing I would mention is that the heating unit intake is right on the stairs outside the bunk room. It was pretty loud, but our kids sleep with white noise so it was ok for us. We would still give this listing 5 stars. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
