Mini Ranch house Casita

Not a whole home. I was searching for an entire home and that’s what I thought I booked. There was no bath tub, hot tub was not accessible, the casita was above a garage and the owners used it at night constantly up until about 10:30-11:00 pm causing movement and a pretty loud noise. Overall really clean and a nice stay but very boring and small, not worth the price.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and the hosts accommodating. The garage door underneath the loft was surprisingly loud and disruptive. Overall, while we enjoyed our stay, we felt the size and quality of the loft didn’t quite match the price.

This is an amazing property. Modern, clean, well maintained & stocked. Close to hiking/biking trails & Sand Hollow. Perfect for a couple, and small child.

Beautiful location and looked just like the photos! Comfy bed and clean bathroom. Really nice kitchen too. Location pretty central to everything including National Parks and downtown area. Very clear communication if I had questions. Only thing I wish was the ability to park in the garage with our car but not a big deal. Overall, a great stay!

Pleasant, quiet location with access to grocery stores within 7 minute drive. The casita was comfortable, clean and well decorated.

We had some issues with our original Airbnb and had to quickly find another one. They were so responsive and attentive to our last minute reservation. Place was beautiful and just what we needed!

This place is a joke. When we arrived we were not given the passcode to the door. The host took a while to respond when trying to confirm the location and get the door code. The pool was so slimy, full of dirt, trash, and leaves. The mini golf was closed and no hours were posted. The host didn’t even know the hours of the mini golf. On top of this there was an excessive checkout list. We pay for a cleaning fee, we shouldn’t have to clean the place ourselves. We came here to celebrate our honeymoon and it wasn’t even worth it. Don’t waist your time and money.

Overall great stay! Clean, and easily accessible. Fairly close to everything in Washington and St. George. Could be slightly overpriced with fees and everything, but it would be a nice place to stay for future southern Utah outings.

Lovely appartment outside of St. George. We were there for Ironman 70.3 world championship and appreciated the silence outside of town but still the vicinity to everything. Don‘t miss the minigolf, a lot of fun

"Quick Stay"

Small but cozy - perfect for a quick sports tournament stay. A bit out there in Washington. Garage is a bit noisy below the place, but nicely furnished and a good stay.

Great place to stay for two people! The location was a bit remote, but the amenities were wonderful. Also, the A/C would auto reset to 84 degrees in the morning and middle of the night- that became a bit frustrating to constantly override. Would definitely recommend for two wanting to enjoy both St George and Zion!

Great place - clean and comfortable. Awesome location and perfect for a getaway with my wife.

Perfect location for the weekend while attending our daughter's softball tournament. Away from the hustle and bustle of all the hotels and restaurants but just as close to the fields. Loved the decor, efficient use of space and how well equipped it was. Would definitely recommend to other parents visiting for tournaments as well. Although we had very frigid temps when we arrived, my daughter still wanted to take advantage of the heated pool and hot tub. Schedule didn't allow for the mini golf this trip but would love to make time for that next visit. Charming coach house and great location that we would definitely book again!

"Soccer Tournament Weekend"

This was a great place to stay for my son's soccer tournament in St. George. Just enough room for the 4 of us. Better than a hotel since we had our own kitchen and could cook some of our own meals. And it still had a nice pool, hot tub, and fun mini golf course to get us out of our Casita. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and clean place, the location was also beautiful and convenient. Stores were close and Zion was less than an hour away. The house was as described, and had everything we needed for the stay. Check in was super simple and easy, I’d definitely stay here again!

Great place when visiting southern Utah

Great place to stay. We loved the pool after a long day at Zion.

Great family spot. All new development and ideal for a small family that just wants to hang out by the pool! St George is about 10-15 min away via backroads which is super convenient for shopping and eating out.

Great little apartment - perfect for exploring some of the national parks nearby. Sunsets from the pool and hot tube are just magical. Highly recommended!

Desert Sky absolutely nailed it with this rental! It's the perfect place to stay for a couple visiting the area. The place looks incredible and was very clean. Check-in is super simple with a keypad. I love having access to the pool and mini-golf right next door. Short drives to St. George, Sand Hollow State Park, and Snow Canyon State Park. A little longer, but beautiful drive to Zion. We plan to come back for another stay in the future.

The resort was 5 stars! The little bnb had most things you would want or need! Our stay started rocky but got better. The check in code didn’t work and driving with littles then arriving and not being able to get in was frustrating. We ended up going to the main resort place to see if they could help because we couldn’t get ahold of the owners. Then the a/c unit froze. When we got inside the house was reasonably cold but we noticed it was set to 68 we lowered it to 74 and left for the pool. When we got back it was 80 degrees inside. We set the temperature to 78 and couldn’t get the house cooler then that. We contacted the owners they advised we turn it off for he night and open windows. We did around 11 pm and could not sleep it was so hot. I ended up turning it back on at 4 am praying it would work. It cooled it down to 78 then back to a cool temp of 75. Other that the first night our stay was great. The ac didn’t freeze again. The shower was alway warm. The beds were pretty comfy and they had a kurieg. My only frustration was they didn’t offer to compensate us in anyway. I get that they didn’t mean for it to happen either but we literally just arrived and didn’t do anything. We have three littles and we’re all pretty tired from a long drive and a hot house.

Desert Sky was the perfect place! I have stayed at many Air Bnb’s but this is at the top of the list. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities.

This place has everything packed into it. you can tell a lot of thought was put into the amenities as the apartment is well equipped. This location is very close to Sand Hollow. We will be coming back eventually!

Our stay was great! We had a blast at the pool and mini golf. ATVing at Sand Hollow through Mad Moose rentals was the highlight of the trip!! Zion is 55 minutes away so it was a perfect location for our hikes!

The casita was well-equipped and comfortable for two adults and their daughter. Our eleven year old niece couldn’t get enough of the pools.

Great value. Super clean, brand new and everything inside the home was well thought out (cooler, first aid kit, etc.) St. George (which has everything ) is only ten minutes away. Loved our stay!

Awesome stay! Felt like a brand new build. Sparkling clean. Modern and trendy decor. The WiFi and TV worked well. Nice strong pressure shower. After a day at the national park it was great to come home to such a nice clean apartment.

Great one bedroom aptmt type space. Everything that you could need with thoughtful finishes and features. We loved the community pool and hot tub. Mini golf was fun. Away from everything but not too far.

This place is a gem! The location is really tranquil and the casita itself is super clean and modern. It had everything we needed for our 5 night stay.

It's a short walk to the outdoor lap pool, lazy river and mini golf and a 10-15 minute drive to restaurants and stores.

Check-in was super simple and the hosts were very responsive on the one question that we had. The casita was a perfect size for two of us who were working from there during the day and the wifi was great. We're definitely coming back and would likely get one of the houses next time so that we can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery.

Perfect place for two people. Close to the Sand Dunes and four wheeling. Clean and comfortable.

We stayed in this property for our spring break!! The house was very clean and had everything we needed! The kids enjoyed the pool and riding their bikes around the property! Definitely would stay again!

Great place, super cute, brand new. Highly recommend for a little getaway. It’s is small, but we had 2 adults and 2 kids and it was just fine.

Had a great time at this townhouse! Shared pool includes lazy river and water slide, and large hot tub. The mini golf was a big hit. Tons of hiking, fishing and other activities within short driving distance. The town house was very clean and modern.

Brand new construction. A nice casita with a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the mini golf, and saw lots of families enjoying the pool area.

This was an amazing stay for my family! The pool and outdoor area was amazing and so much fun, I only wish the weather was better so we could’ve enjoyed it more. The location has its pros and it’s cons being so far away from everything. But I feel overall that this was an awesome place to stay and I would totally recommend it again. I’m actually trying to plan a trip down in the summer so we can enjoy the outdoor space more
