This place was great. The house was plenty of space for our large group of 4 families (16 people). Place was clean and well stocked with kitchen tools and spices. The hot tub took a long time to heat up (a whole day I think) but it was very nice and big when it was warm. We played the mini golf at the clubhouse and it was cheap and actually a really challenging course. The house is way out in a newly developing area so a little far from things but more secluded and still pretty red rock views. We enjoyed ourselves. I would stay here again.

The best Airbnb experience I've ever had. The place was brand new and immaculate. Fully stocked kitchenware, more towels than you would ever need, two pillows on each bunk bed, gave us an early check-in without any hassle, etc. Every little thing was 5 stars.

It’s a little far away from from things like gas stations—10 minutes is all—but we loved the home, it accommodated all of us well, the pool complex is amazing, and a lifeguard is on duty, too! We’ll be back.

"St George Family Vaca"

Our group of 12 (11 adults and a 4 yo) really enjoyed our stay at Washington Fields. The house had enough rooms to give everyone some quiet space. There was also plenty of room to gather. Dining table sat 8 with 4 chairs at the counter. Kitchen had basically everything we needed. I might have like a few serving dishes, but did just fine. Appliances were top notch. The living area had a large sectional. Easily sat 5-6 with several chairs and large pillows. The outdoor patio with swim spa and fire got quite a lot of use. The house does sit on a busy street. The noise was not evident inside. During commuting hours it was noisy outside. The pool area was cute with a lazy river, two swimming areas and a large hot tub. This was only a block from the house. The home itself is quite central to everything we wanted to do. 45 minutes to Zion. 30 minutes to both Red Cliffs and Snow Canyon. 20 minutes from downtown. Things to do: with children, definitely check out downtown the park with the splash pads. Pioneer Park and the Desert Gardens. Family hikes at Snow Canyon. There are so many short trails. We did Jenny’s Canyon and the Lava Tube/Butterfly Rock loop. For our adults: we had permits for Angel’s Landing in Zion and did Emerald Pools as well. Everyone really enjoyed the Red Reef trail. They also enjoyed the large driving range (top golf-esque). Overall a terrific home in a great area!!

This house had everything we asked for! It was in a beautiful location with plenty of views.

Great place, great location. Would have given 5 stars if the hot tub was preheated before our arrival like stated in the description. Communication was slow & the hot tub took a lot longer to warm up than we were told so we were unable to use it at all during our stay which was a let down since that was one of the features we booked based on. They did give a small refund but I felt like we could have found as good of a place without a hot tub for a lot less than what we still paid. Other than that, it was a great place.

We booked this Desert Sky house for a weekend soccer tournament so several families could stay together. It was perfect! The host was responsive and helpful. The location was great for us. We loved using the swim spa. And best of all, there was so much space in the house to comfortably sleep all of us.

I will definitely try to book this home again next time we need a big place for a tournament.

We had the best time ever and hope to stay there again sometime in the future! You have a great place! I love the layout of the house and the hot tub spa was a hit! Having the mini golf so close was really fun. We hope tocome sometime when the lazy river is going and it is a little warmer.

We really enjoyed our time here! The hot tub was great and there was plenty of space to spread out and relax. I loved that there was plenty of dishes and even an extra folding table and chairs!

A very spacious, well stocked kitchen, and nicely furnished place to stay. Some family had a hard time sleeping from the road noise, but nothing a fan or sound machine won’t help drown out.

We enjoyed our stay here with our whole family. The place and amenities are great. It is a little loud on one side of the house and in the backyard due to the road noise, but manageable.

Our Friendsgiving was a blast at this location. Plenty of space and the hot tub was big enough to fit a large group.

This house is lovely and incredibly spacious. It had a ton of extras provided. Plenty of towels, toiletries, bedding, and kitchen supplies.

"Utah 2022 VRBO"

The house is perfect if you are interested in exploring Zion and the St George area. The house accommodated are large extended family very well. The community pool was a hit with the whole family after a long morning/ day of hiking.

Everything was great, everyone enjoyed the open floor plan, having their own bedrooms and bathrooms and having the upstairs rec room for the kids to play and watch TV.

Great location, third time we’ve stayed at the Stucki Farms property, easy access to Warner Valley and Sand Hollow for off roading.

Great property and great amenities. Home was as advertised..great to have a private hot tub for those chilly nights when you didn’t want to use the community one!

Everything was seamless and easy. No issues so there really was no need to communicate with the owners. We will be back!

This house was PERFECT for my group. So comfortable, a ton of space, the hot tub was great to relax in at the end of a long work day. Kitchen was very well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay here. We had more cars than we had anticipated and the hosts were so accommodating!

Desert Sky was the perfect place to stay for our retreat. It is absolutely beautiful, the photos do it no justice. It is well decorated, very clean, warm, and inviting. The house is large with plenty of room for everyone. It has everything you would need and then some! The bedrooms were all large and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and organized, we especially loved the detail of having all of the shelves and drawers labeled so you know exactly where everything goes. The resort amenities are an added bonus, we had a blast on the golf course. We would definitely stay again.

Desert Sky was the perfect destination for our family. Some of the things we loved were:
1. Plenty of space. The bedrooms and living areas were spacious. The kids had so much fun in the bunk room. It had not only sleeping capacity but also lots of room for playing games and hanging out. With several bedrooms and bathrooms it was the perfect place for multiple families.
2. Cleanliness. Everything was very clean, organized, and well-maintained.
3. Swim spa. This was the perfect size and temperature for kids to hang out in while adults made meals. Also fun for the adults in the evenings when the kids were winding down. The convenience was awesome. The swim spa was also very clean and well-maintained. Having it right on the patio was such a bonus.
4. Resort pool and mini golf. The pool was amazing with a lazy river and slide. Such a fun atmosphere and so close to the rental unit.
5. Amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, appliances, and basic cooking necessities. Beach towels and other linens were also very nice.
We will definitely stay here again. We were impressed with how clean and comfortable it was.

I stayed here with my family, my brother and sister, and their families. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was great to have the pool and mini golf so close, and the kids loved the big room upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked. We all agreed we would stay here again.

"Amazing property"

This is such a fun and beautiful home! We had a family reunion with 20 people and we all fit great! Plenty of beds, huge kitchen and two family rooms. The home is brand new and well stocked. The beds were so comfortable!! We all slept great! Air conditioner worked well. There is a spa/pool in the back which was so much fun. We soaked every night and hung out on the patio. The resort is beautiful and the pool and lazy river were amazing. There aren’t very many homes on the complex yet because it is so new. Great time to go. Pool wasn’t crowded. They always had towels and chairs. This was a perfect place for families. Young kids and teenagers. We had a blast. I highly Reccomend this property.

"Incredible Vacation Home!"

What an incredible vacation home!! My family has stayed in quite few vacation homes and this is the first one we all agreed we must return to (my nephew cried as he drove away wanting to stay longer) The location is amazing so close to some many beautiful outdoor adventures and the property itself is awesome. We spent every afternoon relaxing in the pools and then finishing the night with mini golf or chatting on the back patio. The house is smartly laid out with a large gathering space up stairs the older cousins loved and an open concept kitchen, dinning and family room where the adults and little Kids hung out.

KIDS LOVE, LOVED THE FARM HOUSE WITH THE LAZY RIVER AND EVEN USED TO THE HOT TUB. IT WAS ABOUT 1 BLOCK AWAY FROM THE HOUSE SO WE TOOK WAGONS AND WALKED. THE HOUSE HAD GREAT A/C AND THE ROOMS WERE BIG AND CLEAN. PANTRY WAS A GREAT SIZE . WE PICKED THE HOTEST WEEK TO VISIT AND IT DIDNT MATTER WE WERE COOL AND HAD A GREAT TIME.

"Great House"

Great house! we rented this house for a cousins reunion. Each bedroom was comfortable and beautifully furnished. tons of space! Kitchen fully furnished, tons of amenities throughout. Derrick the host/mgr. was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Hot tub was a super bonus! They put a lot of thought into the finishes and design. Would definitely recommend.

"Epic Dirt Biking Destination"

Amazing accommodations, amenities and location. Kirk, the host was quick with all communications and any questions were answered promptly. The home was decorated with top quality furnishings.

The adults loved Warner Valley exploration and the kids and adults loved the pool complex with the lazy River.

We will be back for sure!!

"A Blast at the Splash"

We were in St. George to do work at the new senior living facility across the road from the property. It was the perfect set up for eight people who all needed a private space at night. Beautiful property, great location, amazing amenities (there's a lazy river!!). Could not have been better.

Pros:
Very well stocked
Clean
Comfortable bedding
Large pool area

Cons:
Very loud road noise
No privacy from the road
Hot tub water got really dirty after using 1 time, someone came to fix it but the water was still very cloudy.

Clean, fun, and overall a great place to stay. Make sure you check the hot tub before getting in, but other than that, we had a great time. Also beware: the lazy river is ICE COLD!
