This is the place you want to stay for large gatherings!! An absolutely beautiful, clean, well thought out home. Everything we wanted! Super responsive host and the house is incredible. We’re already looking at dates to come back & stay!

Amazing place!!! My group absolutely loved this Airbnb! Pictures do not do it justice! It is better in person!!! Heated pool, which some Airbnb hosts charge for it. Game consoles for the kids, you can use the club house. Wristbands give you access to the miniature golf course! Sooooo amazing!!!! Love love loved it!

"Ginormis House!"

Great property for hosting friends and family. Everything was top-notch, and the manager was very responsive to any questions. The only downside is when you have to leave.

Our family of 20, ages 0 to 64, stayed here over Christmas and this home was perfect for us. We had a blast everyday. The management was attentive, everything was super clean, the location was quiet. There are no homes on three sides of this home which made us feel like we were in a country setting. Miniature golfing and swimming were delightful. my family wants to come back. ?

We payed about double the usual rate due to it being Thanksgiving week so that’s why the 4 stars on value. We had an issue with the hot tub- not hot when we got there then randomly not hot several times after that. It did heat up pretty quickly when we found and pushed the control buttons. I got an abrupt text the next day that I was not supposed to touch those buttons and that I should follow the printed pool instructions to not push them as I was throwing off the pool/spa schedule by adjusting the controls. I was informed there would be a 25 dollar fee every time I pushed them again. I promised to leave the buttons alone as long as the tub was working after that but had to press them Thanksgiving day and two other times when we got in a cold tub. They need to fix the glitch in their system- for 22,000.00 for one week the terse texts seemed a bit inappropriate! Otherwise 5 stars.

The house was great! We stayed there for a guys golf trip and there were 8 of us. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. Everything was very clean and well stocked. Lots of large and open common areas for us all to spend time together while at the house. The outdoor space was also very nice! Would highly recommend this property for anyone with a large party or looking for everyone in their party to have their own private space for sleeping.

"Family Reunion Gathering"

This house was perfect for large families of all ages. The set up was amazing. Loved that there was an en-suite for all bedrooms plus two extra half baths. Plenty of seating for meals and gathering area. So much to do for all ages. Game room, theater room, backyard, etc. The pool was a hit! We also had access to clubhouse with pools/lazy River next door and tried out the 18 hole putt-putt course. Location was close enough to everything needed and very quiet/private at the same time. Any issue we had was taken care of quickly by texting/email. Fire pit was awesome and ping pong table was used non-stop. Would totally rent again!!

The home was beautiful and has plenty of space. The online pictures really doesn’t do it any justice. In addition, the Mountain View was awesome and the home is in a great location and close proximity to everything you need.

"Family vacation"

The place was wonderful! Will definitely stay their again loved the pool, game room and theater room. Would of like another bunk room but we made it work. The house could use some large bowls. We also found a black widow in my granddaughters shoe. Maybe need to spray. Overall was a great experience!

"Exceptional"

What an amazing house! Our large group loved our stay for a family reunion. The kids were all in the pool within minutes of arriving, and the pool was really fun with a slide and a jumping platform. Everyone also enjoyed the lazy river around the corner at the clubhouse. It was amazing that every family had a room with an attached bathroom. The kids loved the gaming setup in the loft, and everyone old & young loved the shuffleboard table. It was nice to put the youngest kids that needed a break from swimming and some time to unwind in the little theater room off the great room. Everything was very clean and pretty. We loved the house so much and I hope to convince my side of the family to rent the house for our next reunion!

This was a wonderful house for our large family to gather for a reunion. The home accommodated us perfectly. It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well supplied. The backyard was wonderful.

We have never found anything that fit our family’s needs as well as this property. It was the right size with the right amount of bedrooms and baths. The kitchen was ideal for feeding 20 people. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a great stay at this wonderful house! It was very clean and incredibly well stocked. We appreciated the toiletries in the bathrooms, as well as how organized it was. Thanks for a fantastic weekend! Just a FYI, should you need need any catering or personal Chef services, we worked with Kelso's and they were amazing!

This place is great. We actually stayed at the property right next door a year ago through the same company and we will likely stay down here again as the property is great for what we needed. We love the game room up top and everyone having their own comfortable room. The kitchen is great with the two big fridges and all that counter space and the main living area was also super comfortable for us. The place really is great and we'll be staying again.

Great property, good location. We had a problem with the pool/spa and the property manager was quick to communicate with us. We had everything we needed there.

Overall a fantastic stay. Location was exactly what we were after for a large family trip. Nice and quiet, but close to town, golf and great parks. Property management was great and accommodating ahead of our stay. Highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay with all ages. Enjoyed the atmosphere. In the inside there’s plenty for everyone to do and on the outside is just nice and relaxing and calming. We would stay there again.

AWESOME house! We stayed here for four days for a corporate offsite and everyone was in awe with how well constructed and maintained the two houses are, as we really enjoyed all the amenities. Tastefully decorated with quality bedding and amenities akin to a 4-5 star hotel. The WiFi worked great (we had about 14 people sign on at a given time), hot water was pretty much instant and plentiful, and the Samsung TVs have AirPlay capability. Perfect house for corporate or family get togethers.

What an amazing place this was! The pool, the hot tub, the games, the theater room, we all had something to do! The communication was great and we will definitely be back!

Great place in every category

Amazing! If you are looking for 5 star everything this is the place! Such a fun place to stay with families. More than enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Multiple places to gather comfortably. Babies were able to sleep comfortably and quietly while the rest of us played games up stairs in game room and downstairs in main gathering room. The pool and ping pong outside were a hit. For you picky teens there were multiple x boxes and TV’s. Not one complaint from adults, teens and kids. Having access to the lazy river and clubhouse was so fun. Sometimes we were the only ones in the lazy river and other pools. Owners responded quickly to any concerns. We are currently looking to rebook in a few months!

It’s a huge house, multiple TVs and bedrooms etc. Lots of space to spread out and do what you want. We did have a couple of issues with the hot tub but the staff was helpful and responsive and figured things out. Kitchen had all the machines and facilities needed including a huge refrigerator and two dishwashers and a washer & dryer are available too which is great.

We've frequented the Washington/St. George area for weekend getaways along with the occasional spring break trip and this location would be great for either! We noticed in our booking details that this vacation rental is coined "The Desert Oasis." After staying there I can see why! It hosted a variety of amenities and activities that made the trip for me and my family.

There is a putting green just steps from the back gate along with a lazy river that our kids spent a majority of our first day in. This property truly had a 'wow' feel when each guest arrived. The common areas are perfect for large groups and family parties. The secret is that there are two living rooms on the main level. One for the main events and one for video games or people seeking some quiet. The game area upstairs was a hit with the kids. The kitchen is well designed and there was space for all of our guests to eat at the same time.

If you are boating or riding RZRs at the dunes you are 10 minutes away from either the lake or the dunes. The location of this house is perfectly situated for those wanting to enjoy the views or partake of the many activities around the Washington/St. George area.

Overall what made the trip so distinct from others is the property is tailored for both adults and young people/children. It seemed like there was always something to do between the hot tub, pool, water slide, ping-pong, air hockey, theater, and video games. We adults got plenty of time to enjoy ourselves and the activities on-site made it possible for the kids to stay busy. This certainly won't be a one-time visit for us! We feel like we've finally found our go-to accommodation for when we make plans down this way.
