Welcome to our newest arrival here at the Stucki Farms Resort. The Desert Oasis Villa was features in the 2022 Parade of Homes! This amazing property boasts over 6,200 Sq Ft. 8-bedrooms, 10-bathrooms and amazing amenities! It has been beautifully designed to accommodate large groups. As you walk into this functional and spacious home, it features a grand kitchen with seating for over 20 people. The kitchen and great room both have 20-foot accordion doors which open up to a breathtaking view of Southern Utah at its best. The backyard features an amazing pool w/ built in hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, an outdoor patio area for all to enjoy. The Villa sits 150 feet from the resort pool, lazy river, and farmhouse welcome center. Sleeps 21 in beds. Max occupancy 40.
There is an attached casita with a separate entrance. If you need an additional room, let us know as it is rented separately. It sleeps 4 (King, and pullout sofa).
Additional Information:
The Resort Lap/Sports Pool is heated to 80 degrees and open year round.
The Hot Pool is open year round.
The Lazy River is not heated and opens early April, weather permitting.
The 18 Hole Mini Golf Course is open year round. With the rental of this charming cottage you get a discount. ($3 per person for 18 holes)
WiFi is a must and this property has plenty.

- The Oasis Casita -, this casita - located above the 2nd garage - features a full kitchen, living room (complete with television, entertainment center, and comfortable seating), dining for 4, granite countertop, and separate bedroom with a king-sized bed, dresser, nightstands and television. It also has it’s own bathroom complete with a spacious shower with its own tiled cactus, granite countertop, walk in closet, washer and dryer. Sleeps 2. *Available to rent separately.*

Cancellation Policy
Unlike hotel rooms, vacation rentals are unique and require non-refundable payments. You may cancel bookings at any time, keeping in mind that after 72 hours all monies paid to date are non-refundable. As a result, we highly encourage the purchase of travel insurance to help protect against any unforeseen issues that may arise prior to or during your trip.
Deposit Policy
The Security Deposit shall be refunded within 15 days of your departure date provided no deductions are made due to A) damage to property or furnishings, B) dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning, or C) any other costs incurred by your Host as a result of your stay. Any damage to the Vacation Rental must be reported to Desert Sky before check-out. Damage not covered by, or exceeding the coverage limit of, the accidental rental damage insurance or Security Deposit, is your full responsibility. You grant Desert Sky the right to charge the credit card number used to book the Vacation Rental for any such damages, including, but not limited to, additional cleaning fees. To ensure that the proper party is held responsible, please notify Desert Sky of any damages found at check-in.

This place is great. We actually stayed at the property right next door a year ago through the same company and we will likely stay down here again as the property is great for what we needed. We love the game room up top and everyone having their own comfortable room. The kitchen is great with the two big fridges and all that counter space and the main living area was also super comfortable for us. The place really is great and we'll be staying again.

AWESOME house! We stayed here for four days for a corporate offsite and everyone was in awe with how well constructed and maintained the two houses are, as we really enjoyed all the amenities. Tastefully decorated with quality bedding and amenities akin to a 4-5 star hotel. The WiFi worked great (we had about 14 people sign on at a given time), hot water was pretty much instant and plentiful, and the Samsung TVs have AirPlay capability. Perfect house for corporate or family get togethers.

Amazing! If you are looking for 5 star everything this is the place! Such a fun place to stay with families. More than enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Multiple places to gather comfortably. Babies were able to sleep comfortably and quietly while the rest of us played games up stairs in game room and downstairs in main gathering room. The pool and ping pong outside were a hit. For you picky teens there were multiple x boxes and TV’s. Not one complaint from adults, teens and kids. Having access to the lazy river and clubhouse was so fun. Sometimes we were the only ones in the lazy river and other pools. Owners responded quickly to any concerns. We are currently looking to rebook in a few months!

It’s a huge house, multiple TVs and bedrooms etc. Lots of space to spread out and do what you want. We did have a couple of issues with the hot tub but the staff was helpful and responsive and figured things out. Kitchen had all the machines and facilities needed including a huge refrigerator and two dishwashers and a washer & dryer are available too which is great.

We've frequented the Washington/St. George area for weekend getaways along with the occasional spring break trip and this location would be great for either! We noticed in our booking details that this vacation rental is coined "The Desert Oasis." After staying there I can see why! It hosted a variety of amenities and activities that made the trip for me and my family.
There is a putting green just steps from the back gate along with a lazy river that our kids spent a majority of our first day in. This property truly had a 'wow' feel when each guest arrived. The common areas are perfect for large groups and family parties. The secret is that there are two living rooms on the main level. One for the main events and one for video games or people seeking some quiet. The game area upstairs was a hit with the kids. The kitchen is well designed and there was space for all of our guests to eat at the same time.
If you are boating or riding RZRs at the dunes you are 10 minutes away from either the lake or the dunes. The location of this house is perfectly situated for those wanting to enjoy the views or partake of the many activities around the Washington/St. George area.
Overall what made the trip so distinct from others is the property is tailored for both adults and young people/children. It seemed like there was always something to do between the hot tub, pool, water slide, ping-pong, air hockey, theater, and video games. We adults got plenty of time to enjoy ourselves and the activities on-site made it possible for the kids to stay busy. This certainly won't be a one-time visit for us! We feel like we've finally found our go-to accommodation for when we make plans down this way.
