The Desert Oasis features a full kitchen, living room (complete with television, entertainment center, and comfortable seating), dining for 4, granite countertop, and separate bedroom with a king-sized bed, dresser, nightstands and television. It also has a bathroom complete with a spacious shower, granite countertop, walk in closet, washer and dryer

The villa and casita sit 50 feet from the Farmhouse welcome center which includes the resort lap pool, lazy river, and 18 hole mini golf course.
Additional Information:
The Resort Lap/Sports Pool is heated to 80 degrees and open year round.
The Hot Pool is open year round.
The Lazy River is not heated and opens early April, weather permitting.
The 18 Hole Mini Golf Course is open year round. With the rental of this Casita you get a discount. ($3 per person for 18 holes)
WiFi is a must and this property has plenty.
Check in time is 4 pm, check out time is 11 am. Early check in and extended check out options are based on availability and fees may be applied. Please talk with the onsite property manager to take advantage of this benefit.
The day before your arrival date you will get an email from Desert Sky with the entrance door code. This code is specific to you for your safety and security.

Cancellation Policy
Unlike hotel rooms, vacation rentals are unique and require non-refundable payments. You may cancel bookings at any time, keeping in mind that after 72 hours all monies paid to date are non-refundable. As a result, we highly encourage the purchase of travel insurance to help protect against any unforeseen issues that may arise prior to or during your trip.
Deposit Policy
The Security Deposit shall be refunded within 15 days of your departure date provided no deductions are made due to A) damage to property or furnishings, B) dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning, or C) any other costs incurred by your Host as a result of your stay. Any damage to the Vacation Rental must be reported to Desert Sky before check-out. Damage not covered by, or exceeding the coverage limit of, the accidental rental damage insurance or Security Deposit, is your full responsibility. You grant Desert Sky the right to charge the credit card number used to book the Vacation Rental for any such damages, including, but not limited to, additional cleaning fees. To ensure that the proper party is held responsible, please notify Desert Sky of any damages found at check-in.

What a wonderful trip to Washington, UT!
This casita is situated perfectly between Sand Hollow Reservoir, a number of golf courses, the airport, and all of the restaurants in Washington. We felt like we were in short driving distance of everything we wanted to do in this vacation.
The resort is truly the best I’ve experienced. A plethora of amenities and activities made it easy to spend time near/in the casita. The king bed was great and this little abode comes equipped with everything you need to dine in/spend time in doors to escape the sun if you want!

We loved our stay here! The casita was extremely clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We didn’t end up using them, but really appreciated the washer and dryer being available since hikes in the area can get clothes pretty dusty. The pool area was very nice and in walking distance. Comfortable bed and couch.
The check in process was super easy. Communication was quick as well. We’d be happy to stay here again.
