Come enjoy our Cozy Desert Cottage. Perfect for a family or couple of friends. Plenty of room in this Cozy little place.
The décor has a modern farmhouse feel with the warm look of handcrafted cabinets, beautiful furniture and fabulous décor added to each room for a more tailored space. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom a queen size bed. Both with new bedding, fluffy pillows, and flat screen smart TV’s, perfect for a restful night.
Enjoy this open space floor plan, it’s been beautifully designed. A fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for six and a farmhouse dining table. Plenty of space for a nice evening with your family and friends. Comfortable living space with a fireplace and flat screen smart TV, free wi-fi. Also need to note, the queen-sized sofa sleeper in the main room and an outdoor covered patio with two seating areas and a gas grill. Beautiful space at night!

Located in beautiful Washington City, Stucki Farms is just under 600 acres. Each of our Villages are different and designed to offer something for everyone. The 7-acre Amenity Area features our Farmhouse Welcome Center, Resort Lap Pool, Lazy River, Splash Pad, 18 Hole Miniature Golf Course with more to come.
Stucki Farms is only 45 minutes South of Zion National Park, 10 minutes to downtown St. George, and minutes away from St. George Airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, and Warner Valley (known for it's awesome ATV trails & sand dunes). It is also close to many other popular hiking destinations.
Additional Information:
The Resort Lap/Sports Pool is heated to 80 degrees and open year round.
The Hot Pool is open year round.
The Lazy River is generally open from Early April to the end of November, weather permitting.
The 18 Hole Mini Golf Course is open year round. With the rental of this charming home you get a discount. ($3 per person for 18 holes)
WiFi is a must and this property has plenty.
Early check in and extended check out is an option based on availability ( fees may be included) Please talk with the onsite property manager to take advantage of this benefit.
The day before your arrival date you will get an email from Desert Sky with the entrance door code. This code is specific to you for your safety and security.

Cancellation Policy
Unlike hotel rooms, vacation rentals are unique and require non-refundable payments. You may cancel bookings at any time, keeping in mind that after 72 hours all monies paid to date are non-refundable. As a result, we highly encourage the purchase of travel insurance to help protect against any unforeseen issues that may arise prior to or during your trip.
Deposit Policy
The Security Deposit shall be refunded within 15 days of your departure date provided no deductions are made due to A) damage to property or furnishings, B) dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning, or C) any other costs incurred by your Host as a result of your stay. Any damage to the Vacation Rental must be reported to Desert Sky before check-out. Damage not covered by, or exceeding the coverage limit of, the accidental rental damage insurance or Security Deposit, is your full responsibility. You grant Desert Sky the right to charge the credit card number used to book the Vacation Rental for any such damages, including, but not limited to, additional cleaning fees. To ensure that the proper party is held responsible, please notify Desert Sky of any damages found at check-in.

The home was brand new with high end furnishings and very clean. It had all of the enmities to make our trip great! Loved the walking proximity to the pool and miniature golfing. It is on a corner lot with large windows and lots of natural light. Very spacious! Will definitely rent again!
